Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Rehabence (SMC-Private) Limited ("Rehabence", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Rehabence platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Rehabence is a practice management platform for physiotherapists, clinics, and rehabilitation centers. It provides AI-assisted rehab plan generation, clinical documentation (including SOAP notes), exercise prescription, patient progress tracking, and related practice administration tools.

Rehabence is a documentation and workflow tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for the clinical judgment of a licensed healthcare professional. You remain solely responsible for the clinical decisions you make using the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be legally authorized to practice or administer a physiotherapy/rehabilitation practice in your jurisdiction to use Rehabence in a clinical capacity.

Rehabence is offered on a paid subscription basis — there is no free trial or freemium tier. Subscriptions are available on Monthly, 6-month, and 12-month billing cycles, priced as shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, market Limited, acting as merchant of record, handles billing, collects payment, and manages sales tax/VAT where applicable. Your payment card or account details are handled entirely by Payment Provider — we never see or store your full payment details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page; access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Price changes take effect on your next renewal after reasonable notice and do not retroactively affect a billing period you've already paid for.

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or another user's account; upload data you do not have the right to store; reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without our written consent; or use the platform in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

As between you and Rehabence, you (or the clinic/practice you represent) are the controller of any patient or clinical data you enter into the platform, and are responsible for having a lawful basis and, where required, patient consent to store and process that data. Rehabence acts as a data processor for that information, handling it only to provide the service to you and in line with our Privacy Policy.

Rehabence, its logo, and the underlying platform are owned by Rehabence (SMC-Private) Limited and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the clinical content and data you input. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal practice operations for as long as your subscription is active.

The platform relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including Payment Provider, Supabase (database and authentication), and email delivery providers, to operate. Your use of the platform is also subject to those providers' own terms where relevant to the services they provide.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehabence (SMC-Private) Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the platform and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, including for non-payment or misuse of the platform. On termination, your right to access the platform ends, subject to any data export rights described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. Continuing to use Rehabence after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
